What is a HappyPOINT?

As a PizzaClub member you have several ways to get the redeemable HappyPoints. The most common way is ordering online. In this case you will be credited with the corresponding number of HappyPOINTs, whether your order is a deal or just a salad. You can see the exact amount of HappyPOINTs of all our products on its picture or in the product info. (The only exception is the discount for Workplace and College deliveries - in these cases every product will get you 25 HappyPOINTs, which may be different from the products original quantity, that you saw in the product information.) 

To acquire more points, you should fill out our questionnaire after ordering, because it means 25 extra HappyPOINTs. Order with the Your Pizza web application, so you can share the pizza you created on Facebook and get 50 HappyPOINTs for it.

Using your HappyPOINTs

You can use your HappyPOINTs to pay a part of/or entirely your online order. 1 HappyPOINT equals 1 HUF. But you should bear in mind, that you can redeem your points only if their value exceeds the price of the cheapest pizza in your cart. The validity of your HappyPOINTs is 180 days.

If you would like to use your HappyPOINTs, you can confirm it at the last phase of online orders. Since discounts can not be combined, you can pay only for the full-priced pizzas. If you have enough points, our website will automatically show you the option to pay with your points. That way, you can easily redeem them with just a click...

Our time guarantee does not apply to the products paid with HappyPoints, because they are cost of 0HUF Gratis products. In the case of a delivery over 60 minutes after redemption the refund of half the used HappyPoints isn't possible. Thank you for your understanding!
